Meet Alisha Abdullah, India’s First Female Racing Champion


26 years old Alisha Abdullah Chennai is the first rider of women in the country and has an impressive list of achievements. Racing sports world is still such a thing as the domain of a man, especially in India. Therefore, the her story of race is really inspiring.


Alisha started racing since her childhood, when she was introduced to karting. When she was 11 she was winning kart races across the country. Two years later, she won the National Karting Championship MRF and the price of best rookie in Formula racing nationally in the open class.
