A student shot a cop to death at Texas Tech University in Lubbock on Monday and the grounds was set on lockdown before the suspect was captured, authorities said.
Texas Tech police went to keep an eye on the welfare of the understudy prior on Monday and, in the wake of finding drugs, the officers took the individual to the school’s police headquarters, college representative Chris Cook said in an email.
